Lecture situation in the Master of International Social Work with Refugees and Migrants

Establishing the Network International Social Work and Migration

To meet the already high and still fast-growing demand for specialists working with refugees and migrants, the Faculty of Applied Social Sciences at FHWS has established the master’s degree programme in International Social Work with Refugees and Migrants in 2016.

We seek to establish a scientific network in the field of Social Work and migration to connect scientists in universities and research institutions with practitioners in international contexts as well as foster the exchange of knowledge and promote the professionalization of International Social Work.

Consortium

Representatives in the consortium should come from the Middle East, Asia, Africa, Europe and North America. Intended partner institutions are situated along highly frequented migratory routes in or through regions of origin and transit as well as in EU-countries of entry and destination.
